SKALINADA is a family hotel-restaurant, opened in 1990, in the small and quiet village of Zavala on the south side of Hvar island, far from the crowds and noise of mass tourism. SKALINADA is situated 20 meters from the sea, surrounded by old pine forests, olive groves and a vineyard whose grapes produce the exquisite white wine called Zavala. SKALINADA is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation, but if you prefer, it can also be an excellent base for active and attractive holidays full of adventure and exploration. SKALINADA is a place where, through the lush nature and the intoxicating scents of lavender, rosemary and oleander, you can experience the Mediterranean as it used to be.
