As big fans of Dalmatian tradition and cuisine, it is no coincidence that we are located in one of the corners of the charming city streets, providing guests with enough privacy. Menu in our seafood restaurant in Hvar is seasonal and focused on local products obtained from our fishermen, family farms and best winemakers. Our guiding principle is local seasonal food combined with wine. That's how the restaurant got its name -"Štajun" means the season of something in the Hvar dialect.
