Gric B&B is located in a 19th century mediterranean villa.The comortable 3 large double rooms, 1 double teenager-room and twoapartments are modern, but partly tastefully furnished with antiquesand have private bathroom/shower and balcony or terrace.All accommodation units are furnished with a fridge, wall storage heating and wall/ceiling fan with remote control and are equipped withSAT/TV/radio.DSL internet connection is available in the "Internet corner" in the lobby free of charge as well as the WIFI connectionin all accommodation units.The estate has a 25000 ft large garden with several deck chairs/sunshades, twin shower and 6 free-of-charge parking slots.Fot those guests who would prefer to cook their own meals we offer the use of a fully equipped 200 sqft large summer kitchen located on the terrace at the rates indicated on the price list.Trpanj is a picturesque little village on the northern shore of Peljesac peninsula, located half way between Split and Dubrovnik.Peljesac offers a magnificent mountanious background for beautiful bays, pretty villages where the time seems to stand still, vineyards and olive woods. It is regarded as one of the most famous Croatian regions for producing high quality red wine. Mike Grgic, one of the top Californian winemakers came from Trstenik,15 km away from Trpanj, where he carries on his "Grgic vinery".Trpanj is ideal for a beach vacation, thanks to its many rock-andpebble beaches and the clean and calm sea, butit is also a good starting point for excursions, as for example to the cloce-by bays of Divna nad Duba.Trpanj hosts numerous restaurant and cofes, a club, bank, post office,a farmacy and medical station, various shops and a quiet tourist-and fishing port.Everything is only a short walk from the Gric B&B.Trpanj can be reached by car, bus and airplane, choosing betweenairports of Split and Dubrovnik. A shuttle service can be arranged for guests arriving to the latter.If you choose to travel by car, you have the possibility to take the car ferry from Ploce or, during the mainseason,the coastal ferry from Rijeka to Korcula starting or closing offyour vacation with a nice little cruise along the Croatian coast withnumerous islands.Day-trips to Dubrovnik or Split or to the islands of Korcula, Mljet or Hvar can be easily organized, as well as hiking inspring and autumn. The 961 m high Mount Sv.Ilija is popular goal and offers a rewarding view over Peljesac an surrounding islands.
