Mimi's Bistro is a sea front restaurant, bar and beach lounge where healthy, fresh and light meals are prepared "à la minute" by dedicated chefs. From gourmet burgers to beautiful summer salads, freshly line caught fish and risottos to amazing local lamb and free range poultry. The menu is like nothing that is offered in the heavily trafficked tourist spots on the island.
