“Marina by Zandel” was opened by the famous and award-winning chef Mauro Zandel, a thirty nine year old who has already demonstrated his excellent culinary knowledge and food perfection in renowned restaurants in Vienna. Mauro also offers a la carte dishes, daily menus and fine dining. The kitchen uses only the highest quality ingredients, carefully selected for the best culinary impression. “We offer a meat and fish menu that we constantly change and supplement. These are modern, world dishes that can be found on the European gastro scene. The difference in my kitchen is a daily picked fresh food from the local farmers, a food I then turn into an art on a plate” I cook for everyone the same, with a lot of love and emotion, I get the best out of the food, no matter who sits at the table in my restaurant:) “
