A Dalmatian type house made of stone, on a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brac. Imediate vicinity to the beach and 300 meters from the center of Povlja. Three one-bedroom and one studio apartment are on the ground floor of the house. Maximum capacity per each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to twelve years of age. The third person, or the two children sleep on couches in the living room. Couches easily converts into spacious beds cca. 1,90 m x 1,20 m. All apartments have separate entrances and also own terraces with furniture, a bedroom with a double-bed, a kitchen with dining area and living room in one large room, as well as bathrooms with showers.
