About
Not far from today's village of Guran are the remains of a large three-nave basilica with three square apses. The naves are separated by massive masonry blocks. The floor is made of small bricks laid in "”fishbone” pattern. The church features numerous fragments of decorated stone furniture. Based on its features and typology of architecture there are indications that this great church was built in the late 8th century.
