Heritage Hotel La Grisa is named after the oldest and principal street in the romantic medieval town of Bale (Valle) in southern Istria. With the vision shared by the Municipality of Bale - the idea of Bale's old town center as a “City Hotel”, each room represents the house and the corridors represent streets and lanes. All rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished with a combination of modern and traditional styles, and contain details that make them unique and comfortable. The restaurant offers traditional meals with a contemporary touch, Istrian authentic meat and fish specialties, crafted with love by chef Nikola Vuković. Sommelier Bojan Družeta will choose wines from a list consisting of more than 50 brands and labels from Istria and Croatia.
