Monachus Distillery

About

Monachus s a small-batch craft distillery located in Premantura, Istria. Inspired by the nature that surrounds us, we produce gin, fine spirits, and fruit brandies from local botanicals and fruit. Sustainabilty is at the core of our distillery, and we don't use single-use plastic either in production or packaging. All of our distillates age in glass or stainless steel barrels. We offer paid guided tastings by appointment, which includes a short distillery visit, explanations of how we produce, where we source our ingredients from, as well as aroma tasting. We also have a small shop for those that just want to quickly stop by and buy our products, open at designated hours (check business hours), or upon request. Guided tastings are not suited for minors and children.
