House also offers wellness with chromo-therapy, sauna and relax-room. The villa is rebuilt with high-quality materials and has video-monitoring, fire alarm and burglary alarm. The interior has been designed and furnished by well known Croatian studio BR Design. At the front garden is a spacious parking and at the back garden which offers high privacy is gazebo and swimming pool with a massage area and waterfall.
