The perfect destination to spend a great outdoor day in Rijeka dog shelter! If you are a fan of four-legged friends, you can hang out with them here. For 25 years, abandoned dogs have stayed here. We take care of about 100 dogs in the shelter. Your visit to our dog shelter is not just a day out; it's a chance to make a difference in these dogs' lives. You can explore the natural sights of Rijeka with a shelter dog, take him to the beach and well-groomed paths in nature, or spend a day with our volunteer team. Your presence, care, and love can brighten their day and make a lasting impact. Nothing but good will, water, old tennis shoes, and the doggies are always happy with food donations. In addition to food, you can donate other necessities, such as old blankets, sheets and towels, pads, means for pests, and gloves for volunteers. There is no better way to get to know Rijeka than with our dog, feel the love, and at the end of the day, see the gratitude in his eyes.
