Villa Chiara is our family property in Icici, the most beautiful suburb of Opatija. Surrounded by olives, laurel and palm trees, the house is situated in a quiet residential area with lots of sea views. The Villa Chiara has six 4 star apartments that have been carefully furnished. In the garden there is our wonderful swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, baldachins, garden pavilion, garden grill. Villa Chiara is the ideal place for adult families or for couples who want to relax and unwind. It is a tourist object and an ideal starting point to discover the nearby beaches and unspoiled nature of the Kvarner and Istrian region.
