The room and apartment have an ample balcony and terrace, a common courtyard, with a reserved parking place, central heating, air-conditioning, Sat-TV and Internet connection. Smoking in the room and apartment is permitted, and it is also possible to host small pets. The Villa is located in the peaceful part of Rijeka, in the Kantrida sport and leisure zone by the sea, close to the beach of the same name and swimming pool complex, only 6 km away from Opatija and 4 km from the centre of Rijeka, being excellently connected by city roads.
