As an addition to restaurant Monte, 30 meters down the street, we opened our old wine cellar for guests. It is a very intimate and highly exclusive place in which we offer a private dining experience for groups of 9 up to 14 people. Of course we still keep some of our most precious wines there... Restaurant Cave Lab is open only on request and by reservation.
