The restaurant Hrast was opened in 1970 in Poreč and it's the first family restaurant in this beautiful town on the west coast of Istria. The family tradition of homemade food, in combination with the magical ambient right next to the sea and the nearness of the Old Town, makes Hrast one of the best restaurants in Poreč. In our Mediterranean cuisine, we use fresh and healthy groceries from local manufacturers, fresh fish from the Adriatic Sea, meat, fruits, and vegetables. We make dishes based on the traditional recipes and we make our own bread and pasta. By conserving the tradition and adjusting to the modern cuisine, we produce new and unique dishes completed with the exceptional offer of local and premium quality wines.
