Mlin Montanari restaurant, wine bar, and shop is a new fine dining restaurant located on the Šibenik waterfront, next to the Šibenik Cathedral. It is situated at the site where a steam mill was opened back in 1850, the first industrial facility of its kind in Dalmatia. We preserve and cherish the Šibenik culinary heritage. The food we offer reflects the simplicity of traditional cuisine derived from the finest ingredients.
