After 2 years the restaurant Rico is open again in second generation from Josko Radovcic and Brigita Bilobrk. Both are coming from the hotel industry and are working more then 30 years inside this business. "We want to continue the tradition, that Rico made from 1986, but bring it into new and modern style" Our main focus is quality and freshness of our ingredients - everything is homemade. Our chief of kitchen is Jamie Hargreaves - a famous cook from England, who lives and works in Croatia now for 3 years Our sweets are prepared from Lucija Repic - cook and patissier from Croatia.
