Located in the heart of water village Rastoke (100km from Zagreb, 30km from National park Plitvice) surrounded by the rivers Korana and Slunjcica, tavern "Pod Rastockim krovom" offers homemade cooking based on traditional recipies. We offer local specialties such as "proja"(special bread from 5 types of grain - corn, rye, mullet, barley and wheat) and polenta. We also offer fresh trout from our fish pond (in many ways), fresh soups, homemade noodles, various salads, meat and vegetarian dishes, pancakes, doughnuts, strudal and much more. After a nice meal we recommend a walk on our property where you can see 3 biggest waterfalls in Rastoke named Buk, Vilina kosa and Hrvoje, mill from the 18th st., traditional washing mashine, Winnetou totem, ethno collection and a cave. We are excited to welcome you to our small piece of nature heaven.
