The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is surrounded by attractive gardens and greenery. Apartment A2, the smaller one (30m2 ) has an entrance lobby, living area, bathroom and bedroom. This intimate space is ideal for singles, honeymooners or couples with a young child. Apartment A4, the larger one (62m2) is just right for a couple with children or teenagers. It could also accommodate two couples or a small group of people sharing a holiday or business trip.
