Making gelato and sorbets is our passion. To make a perfect gelato artigianale requires dedication and willingness to go far to get freshest and finest ingredients. Our pistachio Bronte is from Sicily, nuts from Piemonte, chocolate from Belgium, our vanilla queen flavor is made with the best quality Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla bean. For our creamy flavors we use only grade A fresh milk. Our delicious sorbest are made with fresh fruits from the croatian island & inlands. In our gelateria we live by the traditional italian gelato recipe: we use the real "stuff", we handpick and choose all of our ingredients. No artificial color or flavors is our rule. We think about all of you from classic gelato lovers, gluten intolerant and vegans.
