The outdoor area is fully fenced and offers a private, heated 10m x 5m pool with massage system, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, a swing, a very spacious sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, 2 parasols, a slide and other fun for your youngest. The ground floor offers a living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and exit toward pool area, A/C, TV; Bedroom No1with king size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C; Family Bathroom No1 with a shower. A door next to the living area is a gym with a Treadmill and Multi-Function machine, A/C, and a family Bathroom No2 with a shower. Outdoor staircase takes you to the first floor level and a spacious covered terrace with lounge corner and a TV with view on the pool and the sea. Inside there is a Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm and a single bed 90cm x 200cm, A/C and exit to the terrace with lounge. Bedroom No 3 with two single beds 90cm x200cm, A/C. A Family Bathroom No3 with a shower. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1 dog allowed (100€ per stay - in cash).
