This unique location offers you COMPLETE peace, 5 minutes (with car) from the legendary 1700 years old historic town of Split (the city of roman emparor Diocletian). Villa is situated in park forest "Marjan" (also called "The lunghs of Split") and it is surrounded with numerous beaches of different types (larger public city beaches and smaller, hidden and intimate places), everything few minutes walking from the house or even less by car. The whole Park forest is ideal for walking, running, roller-skating and biking (a real sports and health/recreation paradise), also with great free-climbing area 300 meters from the house. There is also a recreation center in the park forest - it is called "Bene" with many sports and entertaining facilities for kids and adults just 10 minutes walking from house. Villa can take 9 adult persons comfortably (1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 2 sofa beds and 3 single beds). Villa has 3 TV-s, Internet connection (Wi-Fi), AC, a fireplace, 2 washing-machines, 2 dishwashers and 2 parking places beneath the house. Regarding places to eat and drink, all the really good restaurants are in the city center and ACI marina wich are few mins drive from our home but I can make a personal tour with you and show you everything around (the center and the palace, markets, restaurants, port, whole park wood with beaches...anything you are interested in).
