Villa Rosa Ventorum is a new luxury holiday house located in a green, nice and quiet residential area in Kaštela, Croatia (just 20 min away from Split and 10 min away from Trogir). The beaches of beautiful and crystal-clear Kaštela bay are within a short walking distance. The Villa has a cozy living room combined with a kitchen and dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 balconies. The entire Villa capacity is 8 persons. The outside facilities include: - 8 meter long swimming pool surrounded with a sunbathing area: comfortable sunbeds, parasols and a shower; - Fireplace for grill and barbecue; - Garden house with a wooden table and benches for picnics and fresh-air snacking; - Garage housing 1 parking space and a gym, also including table tennis, volleyball and badminton sets; - Children’s playground; - Spacious outside parking for 4-5 cars; - Green and blooming lawn outlining the yard.
