The villa (built 2008) is located in the little village Bobovišca na Moru at the bay, which has a little supermarket, 2 restaurants 'Konoba Kogula' and 'konoba Vala' with a small bar and a coffee bar/pizzeria. Nearest beach is at 250 mtr walk from the house. You can take our kayaks and supboards who are in front of the house to explore the bay and the small beaches (no lifejackets available). You can also find lots of lovely stone and pebble beaches all around the island Brac which you can all reach by car. Within a 45 min. scenic drive you find the beach "Zlatni Rat" (Golden Cape), which is not only the most popular beach in Croatia but also listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Distances to other bigger towns on the island are about 6 km to Sutivan and Milna (which has a large marina) and 14 km to Supetar (where the ferry arrives).
