Kozino is a place with numerous modern villas and apartments, situated just 10 km to the north of Zadar. It numbers about 500 inhabitants, and it is an ideal destination for tourists looking for quiet in a little place of a gentle and friendly atmosphere. The house is made of 4 apartments of which two are identical for 2+1 people and two for 4+1 people, every one has its own entrance and house is located 90 meters from the sea, and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Each apartment has a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and hills on which you can enjoy every night in the beautiful sunset. Every apartment has air conditioning so it is nice in the summer and the winter. In the garden there is a shower and a BBQ so you can grill fresh meat or fish.
