Founded 1990. Medical Yoga Center provides preventive medical postural yoga for all ages. We are oriented in traditional yoga postures which are modified due to latest medical and scientific research for better, faster and safest progress. Also, in our classes you can hear theory of yoga and do various pranayamas and meditation. We are making your body and your mind better!
