At Academia, we offer culinary delicacies based on the imaginative interpretation of traditional Zagorje cuisine. We cook the food in a different, yet recognisable way, believing that love begins, and remains, on the palate. We use tried and tested ingredients – fresh, naturally grown on the local farms, each telling a different story...
