About

This is a studio apartment with a small balcony, situated in the city center, in Boskoviceva Sr, near Zrinjevac Sq. The apartment consists of small foyer, living area, small bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and small balcony. In the living area there is a kitchenette, with fridge, sink, microwave oven, electric stove top, kitchen hood fan, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery and glasses (including wine and champagne glasses), a dining table with two comfortable chairs (could be used as laptop work space); two arm chairs with coffee table and a wardrobe closet. Large french window opens to a small balcony. In a small bedroom, there is queen size bed, with lamps and a bed side table. The apartment has modern central heating with its own thermostat so that you can adjust temperature to your liking; and the air-conditioning. Bathroom is well illuminated, with a shower, sink/basin, one large body-size and one small enlarging mirror. Toilet is separate, with small sink and a mirror. Ceilings are 3,5m (12 ft) high, it has plenty of natural light from the windows, all with double curtains and blackout blinds. It was completely renovated by the end of 2018, with modern central heating. It is situated on the first floor (Croatian or 2nd floor American). From the staircase you would unlock the door to the entrance hall and then another door into your apartment. The neighborhood is very safe, close to the main police administration, courts, embassies and museums and a city park. It is surrounded by small bakeries, restaurants and shops. It is perfectly located for exploring the city (and possibly working) because it is literally at the doorstep of major city attractions while the apartment is very private. The WiFi is of high speed and very reliable (optical cable connection to the apartment and wireless in the apartment). The building was built in the 1800s, as many others in that part of the city but more solidly than most of that time. In the recent renovation of the apartment, some period features were preserved, like old internal wooden doors, high ceilings, while modern ones were added (insulated windows, heating, plumbing...)
