An artificial reef of approximately two thousand square meters was formed in the underwater area of "Pernera", creating an additional motive to scuba divers as it is easily accessible from the beach. The artificial reef was created as a way to help recover and protect the underwater kingdom of the area and to enhance the local ecosystem.
