Nikkei Cuisine COYA is a region in Peru , a parish in Spain , a river in Chile , and most importantly , a unique dining space in area of Yermasoyia , Limassol. Its menu named Nikkei Cuisine, is a sophisticated fusion of Peruvian , Spanish and Japanese cuisine! According to the chef , the Nikkei fusion cuisine combines the culture of Japan with the Peruvian culture. The restaurant’s aim is to create culinary experiences for guests through a journey into the secrets of Nikkei philosophy. Here guests can enjoy every moment of the day starting with breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee, dinner and of course a drink in one of the biggest bars on the island!
