The ground floor is light, bright and airy and has a large open plan space comprising lounge, dining area and through to the kitchen. The lounge has a choice of sofas and Home Entertainment System comprising large TV with IPTV (UK Premium TV Channels), DVD (Blu-Ray/Multi-Region), IPOD connectivity and surround speakers. An X-Box 360 is provided with 2 controllers for entertainment (limited games supplied).). A modern gas fire is provided for cooler Winter evenings. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large glass topped table seating six comfortably. Large sliding doors open out from the dining area to the outside terrace and private pool. Villa Karouzi's kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in chestnut colour with matching granite work surfaces and tiled splash backs.
