Please note that we do not allow parties or any other type of event at the villa. Only the maximum amount of guests are allowed to stay at the villa at the same time. We will strongly enforce this rule, to protect our other guests and the quietness of the neighborhood. Thanks for your understanding! - DO keep your keys safely kept to avoid locking yourself out. The internal and external flooring can be slippery when wet so please DO take care. - DO supervise your kids and control them from causing any damages. - DO have a shower before you use the pool and do not swim with sunbath oils or creams. - DO turn off the air-condition when you are not using it and have the doors closed when you are using it. - DO take all your rubbish to the end of your carport and place them at the bin in the street. - DO NOT put any toilet paper/wipes/sanitary towels down to the WC. The system in Cyprus is different! If you do so, the toilet will be blocked and you will have to call a service to fix the problem and pay directly. - DO NOT sit on the outside cushions or internal chairs and sofas with sun cream or oil. In general please respect and look after all items, furniture and fittings. - DO NOT take any food or drinks in the pool, strictly. - DO NOT smoke, eat & drink inside the pool. - DO NOT dive in the pool.
