The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities(on 2 courses), local village life and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains. Both the interior and exterior have been designed and finished tastefully in keeping with a development and villa of this stature. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Modern furnishings, fittings, appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine ncl) and extras such as dishwasher, BBQ, and Premium Channel IPTV have been carefully planned and provided for a stress free, all taken care of holiday where you can simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. **The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. There is small supermarket in nearby Kouklia (5-10 mins) as well as a supermarket and a range of facilities and amenities at nearby Aphrodite Hills. Easy access to the coast road and motorway network gives an even bigger choice for guests within 30 mins or less. It is a great location for seeing various parts of the island. We had a lovely time as always and we found it hard to leave as always Very clean and well looked after as always. Perfect location - compared to the East coast of Cyprus, the Paphos region is quiet and unspoilt area. Secret Valley and the surrounding area is very accessible and there are some lovely places to visit nearby, good restaurants etc. Pissouri Beach with Captain’s Bay Restaurant Oniro restaurant (near the Edro shipwreck) Motorboat hire with Latchi Watersports – the service was great there. Hiring a buggy with Petrides or other similar to explore Akamas and Lara Bay (hot in August but good in May/ June time). You were brilliant as always and especially with dealing with the uncertainties of the pandemic. You were understanding and reasonable in balancing the interests of your owners and the visitors.
