Vrasidas Tavern
About
Welcome to "Vrasidas Tavern" The name of this tavern "Vrasidas", is the name of the old owner. Vrasidas Tavern was established in 1993 when Vrasidas decided to renovate the house of his grandfather. At the beginning the venue was used for friends, entertainment, mezedes, wine and zivania. This tavern offers a totally unique dining experience. The premises are full of character as the owner, Vrasidas, is an excellent wood carver and finds a unique way of recycling old tools, boots, etc. His sons, who are currently managing the tavern, are continuing the tradition in a renewed environment with a rich and improved menu. There is a folklore museum on the premises, waterfall and indoor fountain, and . . . a built - in table for 6 in a tree accessed by a spiral staircase! For romantics, there is even a Lovers Rest with a built - in table for 2 - up another tree! One of Vrasida's sons, Valentinos is the new chef and cooks for you. The specialty of the Tavern is the Meze (25 different plates with traditional flavours) There are also servings for all tastes (meat, fish, and vegetarians) Open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner, with live music every Friday and Saturday evening and lunch buffet every Sunday
