Paolo Palazzo, the chef of Ryzlink Restaurant, continues and develops the Fucik family tradition. Paolo's love for cooking has been with him since he was a child and his favourite cuisine is Czech and Italian. His roots lead him to both. All his menus are united by one of the chef's constant ingredients, and that is his passion for cooking. Add to that the perfect pairing of dishes with wines from the Fucik Winery and the art is on the table! And don't forget, as our Chef Paolo says, "life is too short to skip dessert".
