The Beer Exchange concept primarily erases the differences in the purchase prices of different types of beer. It revises the input values and therefore each visitor still holds (controls) the price of beer. The price changes with each order and it simply based on a demand. Brands that are growing in, their interests are rising in price as well. The same, of course, applies the other way around. Then the total price of 8 beers on tap remains unchanged, for example. Secondly, the concept brings the world of information technology to the hospitality industry with unlimited possibilities. Each guest has his own ordering space (part of a touch monitor located directly on the table), where he can order beers, monitor movements of prices, obtain information about gradation, bitterness, etc. and have an overview of his beer spending. The system is constantly evolving and thus the customer’s capabilities are expanding.
