Welcome to our new Oysterium Wine & Oyster Bar (Karlovy Vary) opened in July 2018. We serve only fresh Oysters au naturel on ice with a piece of lemon, fresh white bread and tiny butter pieces. Enjoy our Oyster sets with wide selection of French, Spanish, or Czech wines, as well as with icy vodka or becherovka shots. Tasty wine snacks such as cheese plate, prosciutto, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes are available for wine lovers preferring traditional cuisine.
