Piano Nobile Restaurant is opened seven days a week with a unique à la carte menu. The restaurant is under the creative leadership of Chef Libor Krusinsky who learned his craft after many years of apprenticeship with renowned French Chef, Jacquese Auffrayse. Libor also had valuable experiences in Bohemia and abroad. He and his team of chefs have created novel dishes based on local recipes in combination with the original Aristocratic cuisine of the Thurn-Taxis family, who lived at Chateau Mcely until 1947.
