Bůůček - butchery & bistro has a very simple concept. We bake and cook what we have on the shop. Sausages from our butcher Václav (hot dogs, sausages basked in beer, roasted meatloaf, ham in the lard pocket, etc...) and roasted meat according to our favorite recipes (roasted pork belly in beer, chicken on pepper bacon, goulash in wine, tripe soup or our homemade goulash).
