High quality sparkling wines produced by the traditional method of the secondary fermentation in the bottle (méthode champenoise). A quick glass at the bar or a comfortable lounge stay. Snails burgundy style and other grilled and cold deli snacks. Currently we recommend to enjoy mainly the excellent but very affordable Catalan cavas and crémants d'Alsace, hand-picked and imported by our sommelier. Sparkling wines from other regions will come - Loire, Wachau, smaller Champagne houses... A beautiful, cosy and elegant non-smoking space. Exhibitions, live musical performances. Private and company events.
