FUZE is a one-of-a-kind restaurant in the heart of Prague, located inside the iconic Masaryčka building by Zaha Hadid. We do it our way – cooking with respect for tradition while embracing a modern approach. Perfectly prepared meats and sides, cooked in every way – from the stove, oven, grill, and even a clay oven.
