When we were given the opportunity to open a new restaurant in Palmovka in 2018, we knew that we had the chance to create something exceptional. Part of the modern DOCK IN THREE complex, Kolkovna Dock, with the charming atmosphere of a marina, serves not only excellent Pilsner Urquell tank lager, but also typical Czech cuisine with an emphasis placed on a high-quality presentation of food and drinks. Kolkovna Dock, situated in close proximity to the Libeň Docks, provides a unique and enchanting atmosphere, where the most modern surroundings contrast with the cosiness of the bygone times of the First Czechoslovak Republic. You can treat yourself to delicious traditional dishes such as suckling pig roulade, beef rib braised in dark beer or traditional Pilsner goulash. And the menu is not lacking international specialities, salads, gluten-free dishes and children’s meals. What’s more, we prepare a special evening selection made from the freshest seasonal ingredients every day after 6 p.m
