La Bottega Bistroteka is a modern Italian bistro in the heart of Prague, on the busy Dlouhá Street. Chef Riccardo Lucque opened it with Ondřej Rákosník in 2014, and it has settled nicely into the neighborhood. It is an ideal place for a long, relaxing breakfast, or a quick lunch chosen from the daily specials prepared by chef Martin Dvořák and his team.
