We reopened after Covid-lockdown. At Miska Ramen we focus on Japanese ramen which is a noodle soup which has recently gained huge popularity globally. We are cooking enthusiasts who love a good broth so when we first came across ramen it was difficult not to become obsessed. This obsession led to us taking a trip to the source... Japan! There we took a ramen cooking course at the Miyajima Ramen School in Osaka where we learned how it's all done. Our goal has always been to share our passion, bring quality authentic ramen to Prague without cutting corners. Our priority has always been on using quality ingredients and creating a pleasant experience.
