French chef Alexandre Martin takes care of gastronomic experience. The restaurant in a design and pleasant intimate ambience with the capacity of 33 seats is dominated by a large stainless steel vinotheque for almost 900 wines and two windows to the kitchen, which can be darkened or made more transparent as desired. Freshness and quality of raw materials is an important element for the cuisine, a careful choice of Czech and French suppliers always allows serving only the freshest and best ingredients. The menu of a la carte meals comes from classic French cuisine with a modern touch. To top pleasant moments, French elegance and French skills are emphasised with a traditional, careful and especially personalised service. Selected dishes are finalized directly in front of the guests that enhances their experience from the entire dinner and service. Own limousine service and valet parking is available.
