OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR Head Chef of Sezóna restaurant since spring 2011, and also Managing Director of the restaurant and Chvalská Tvrz Hotel since September 2013. He joined Sezóna restaurant after leaving Forest Golf Resort in Klánovice. He began his career in gastronomy at the age of 16, when he joined Inter Hotel Panorama. He acquired his greatest experience, however, during a three-year period abroad, specifically in Canada. Upon his return, he applied his experience working, e.g. in Parnas, Vojanův dvůr French restaurant, Kampa Park, as executive chef of the 5* Aria hotel and 4* Rott hotel. He bases his work on using fresh seasonal ingredients, predominantly from Czech suppliers. Under his stewardship, you can look forward to a true culinary experience. Jan Škrle
