Sou100, which is located in the Prague Žižkov area, is a modern Czech beer restaurant. Here we draw on traditional Czech recipes with the meals prepared in line with the contemporary modern style. We aim to maximize the amount of fresh, locally produced ingredients. We take special care of our beer and we also combine beer with dishes. For wine lovers we can offer selected wines from Bohemian and Moravian wineries.
