Zdenek's Oyster Bar is a restaurant where we engage all the senses and encourage a love for life. Our excellent cuisine, tasteful wine list, helpful servers and wide mix of people create a pleasant gathering space and a unique dining experience in our restaurant. We bring to middle Europe a kitchen that focuses on high quality seafood processed by traditional and world wide practices in conjunction with local and japanese ingredients. All of this is under the originality and creative skills of our new Executive Chef, David Vlasek. To enhance and bring out the flavors of each dish we also have a choice of 180 Champagnes in house. And many of our wines are from specialty wineries not readily available to discerning diners. A visit to Zdenek's Oyster Bar is truly a special dining event in the Czech Republic, and we believe our culinary offers are comparable even to the highest standards of the best restaurants.
