Construction of apartment house Teplice Plaza was completed in June 2007. Seven-floor house is located in spa area Sanov close to child medical institution New Spa. Aquapark Teplice is located fifty meters away from the house. Its location offers a restful stay as well as good accessibility to city centre. Each 108m2 large apartment has spacious living room, modern kitchen and two dormitories with own bathrooms, comfort room for guests and a balcony or terrace and air condition. We can arrange transfer for our clients from Airport Prague to our hotel for 1800 CZK (72 EUR). These unique suites are equipped with stylish massive furniture and with high-end textiles. The bigger apartment offers two dormitories, each with own bedroom, living-room and a spacious kitchen. It is possible to reach the terrace from every room to experience a unique whole-town view. The smaller apartment is architecturally similar, the living-room is linked to the kitchen. It also has a dormitory with double-bed and single bathroom and toilet. This apartment also offers a terrace. Architectural design of all rooms reflects even the most exacting customers' demands and thus offers absolute private, undisturbed stay. Apartments are primarily intended for four-member families, child cot can be also provided. In addition to our luxury services we also provide relaxation, weekend and also week stays with breakfast, half board or all-inclusive. We can also arrange wellness programs for you. Kitchens are equipped with modern kitchen units, touch panel electric hotplate, bake-off and microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, and also with complete 6 person dishes set. Main components of the living room are high-class sitting unit and a coffee table. Living room also contains a dinner table for 6 persons. Other obvious components are telephone line, TV set with 15 satellite programmes, Internet and a safe deposit box. The name Teplice itself is of Slavonian origin and it denotes a place where warm springs well out.
