The guesthouse Mauritz is a former stone farmhouse,one of the few well-preserved buildings of the Upper Austrian Vierkant style in the region. The first records of the farmhouse named Mauritz date back to the year 1560. The former residential and agricultural buildings enclose the spacious grassy courtyard of the farmstead, which can be accessed from most rooms over a wooden access balcony. We completed the extensive reconstruction of the farmstead in 2002 and in doing so attempted to preserve the magic of a building with a four-hundred year old history, whilst at the same time providing modern comfortable accommodation. The guesthouse is located in a quiet village Bela, just 1 km from tourist resort Nova Pec at the Lipno lake. It is an ideal resort for family recreation or to host private events.Nearby Hochficht ski-arena.
